Global Leadership Studies (GLS) is a unique interdisciplinary program which synthesizes selected components from different disciplines into versatile knowledge skill building and strategic thinking capability - indispensable for tomorrow’s leading professionals.
As the flagship of Liberal Arts education in Japan, ICU strongly promotes a critical understanding of social, cultural, scientific and humanitarian values, while also mastering particular academic disciplines. The GLS program’s mission is to advance the notion of leadership by adding expertise in fundamental principles and commitment to global issues for today’s humanitarian tasks.
The intensive GLS program aims at developing self-skills, and an understanding of events and changes in economic, social, scientific and political areas. GLS includes interconnected modules of lecture courses, project building, interactive coaching, and leadership English all of which is conducted in English by a world-class faculty from ICU, Japan, and abroad. The program is designed for a broad audience, welcoming participants from Japanese and international companies and organizations and is particularly well suited for middle management.
Join GLS and take the lead with a global outlook!
